Welcome function 2022-23
Welcome function was organized by school in the school campus. Rev. E.J. John sir was invited as the chief Guest and Mrs. Shiji Benjamin was the Guest of honor. Function was stated in the presence of Principal Sir.
Function was hosted by Drishti of class X. Welcome dance was performed and principal sir addressed the students. After all performances Rev. E.J. John Sir blessed the students as well as faculty members. At the end National song was sung.

Pariksha pe Charcha
Pariksha pe Charcha programme which was hosted by our honorable Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Damodardas Modi and was telecasted in the school and all senior students were motivated by our PM . All students learnt time management and how to deal stress during examinations .

Swach Bharat Abhiyan was conducted in the school campus. Students from class XI to X took part in this seminar. Students were made aware about the cleanliness of environment . plantation was also done by students.

Sexual harassment seminar
Sexual harassment seminar was conducted by Mrs. Bhawna Sharma. All students from class I to X were guided by the teacher about good touch and bad touch. All students were given guidelines to tackle this kind of harassment in their life.

World Health Day
World Health Day was organized in the school. Class X students led special assembly on this day. Students were made aware about the ill effects of Junk food on their health and were motivated to take healthy food.

Baisakhi, Mahavir jayanti, Ambedkar Jyanti
Baisakhi, Mahavir jayanti, Ambedkar Jyanti was celebrated in school . A special assembly was oragnised on the occasion and students were motivated by the speech which was performed by Muskan, Anvi and Punit.

Farewell party 2021-22
A farewell party was organized for the class XII students by the class XI students in the Golden Resort . Class XI students hosted the party in the presence of Director, Principal and Shiji Mam. Titles were given to XII students and afterwards lunch was also provided to the students. Everyone enjoyed the party.

Vaccination camp
Vaccination camp was organized by the school for students of class VII- IX. Students came in the campus with their parents . Vaccination staff came from the Civil Hospital ,Pathankot and procedure was completed in the given time.

Medal Distribution
Medal Distribution was done during the assembly on the stage. Students were honored by the Principal who went to Amritsar for 5th Punjab state Championship 2020. Students won medals in Karate, Badminton and Cricket under Mr. Satvir.
Our students got 18 gold and 1 silver medals.

Earth Day Celebration
Earth Day was celebrated in RIS. Class IX led the assembly. Stage was decorated according to the theme. Play and dance performances were done on the same theme. Children were inspired to save Earth.

Investiture Ceremony was held to facilitate selected office bearers of the school. Director honored the students by giving duties and badges. World book day was also celebrated during the assembly .

To express love for mother students celebrated Mother’s day in the school. Poem recitation was done on the theme. Dance was also performed by the students.
Badminton matches were played between 7th and 8th class boys and girls.

During the morning assembly , Rabindra Nath Tagore Jayanti was celebrated by performing classical dances on the stage. Bengali songs were also sung by students.
Painting competition was also held in the campus. Students from class I-VII participated in the various categories in painting competition .

Yoga Seminar
Students of RIS were sent to Kile Wali Mata Mandir Shahpur Kandi for Yoga Seminar conducted by Sahodya school .in this seminar students were educated about the health benefits of Yoga and some postures were also taught in the seminar.

National Technology Day was celebrated during the morning assembly . Speeches and thoughts were delivered by the students on the same.

Declaration of result
Result of X and XII was declared. X & XII Board Result announced by CBSE. As previous years Board result was exemplary . All students cleared Board exmaination with good percentage.Most of the students got Distinction . Kabir Sharda of Commerce scored 96.2 % , Yuvraj Bhalla scored 95%, Mehak got 93%,Garv Soga scored 92 % and Jatin got 91.4%. From Class X Vanshika 94.8 %,Sania 96%, Archita 95.4%, Archna 95.2%, Tania Thakur 95%, Mansi 93 %, Bhumi Verma 93%, Saloni 93%, Khushboo 91.2 %, Khushi 91%, Sharvi 90 %and Manvi scored 90%.Director Mr. Benjamin PJ and Principal Benny Oommen Congratulated all the staff members, students and parents.

Christmas Celebration
Christmas was celebrate and Sister Freda was invited as Chief Guest at the occasion. Dances and play was performed by the students. Pastor E.J. Jhon offered prayers for the well being of the students and staff.
Worthy Management and Principal also blessed the students .
Prize distribution was done for art and craft, Carol singing, Poem recitation , Bulletin Board.
Sister Freda was honored with bouquet and gift.

Farewell celebration
A gala farewell party was organized for the outgoing class of XII where students had a wonderful time together. They danced to the tune of their memories in the school and enjoyed every moment to the fullest. XI class hosted the party and provided the titles to the students of XII and XII class students presented gifts to the class teachers.
